Had dinner tonight at Tomasita's. A Christmas enchilada with posole and sopaipillas. Washed down with a Swirl, which had exactly that effect on my head.

Oooooo..... I'm soooo jealous. What did you think of the food at Tomasitas?
It was great, and the atmosphere was really lively and friendly. No snooty white tablecloth vibe.
I'm glad I got the green hot sauce on the side, though. Zowie.
So.. there are a lot of little galleries up on Canyon Road ... you can start at the bottom and walk up.
There are two little towns south of Santa Fe ... Madrid and Galisteo very quaint ...
... and a massage and a soak up at Ten Thousand Waves is a relaxing way to end the day.
